تشرح هذه الصفحة ما الذي يجمعه تطبيق «ملحمة أبو أحمد ربابة»، ولماذا، وماذا يمكنك أن تفعل بشأنه. نحن ملحمة لا شركة بيانات: لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
This page explains what the Abu Ahmed Rababa Butchery app collects, why, and what you can do about it. We are a butcher's shop, not a data company: we do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
ما الذي نجمعه
What we collect
- حسابك: اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن أدخلته. كلمة المرور تُخزَّن مشفّرة ولا يستطيع أحد لدينا قراءتها.
- عناوين التوصيل: العنوان الذي تكتبه، ورقم المستلم وملاحظاته. تحديد الموقع على الخريطة اختياري — إن اخترته حفظنا إحداثيات النقطة لمساعدة السائق على الوصول إليك.
- طلباتك: ما طلبته، ووزنه وسعره وحالته، وطريقة الدفع التي اخترتها.
- سلّتك: ما أضفته قبل إتمام الطلب.
- الإشعارات: معرّف الجهاز الذي يسمح لنا بإرسال تحديثات طلبك، إن سمحت بذلك.
- Your account: your name and phone number, plus an email if you enter one. Your password is stored hashed and nobody here can read it.
- Delivery addresses: the address you type, the recipient's number and any notes. Dropping a map pin is optional — if you do, we store that point's coordinates so the driver can find you.
- Your orders: what you ordered, its weight, price and status, and the payment method you chose.
- Your cart: what you added before checking out.
- Notifications: a device identifier that lets us send updates about your order, if you allow it.
ما الذي لا نجمعه
What we do not collect
لا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقة أو دفع. الدفع يتم عند الباب — نقداً أو بالبطاقة أو عبر Whish — ولا تمر تفاصيله عبر التطبيق. ولا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية: التطبيق يطلب موقعك في اللحظة التي تفتح فيها الخريطة لتحديد عنوانك، لا قبلها ولا بعدها.
We store no card or payment details of any kind. Payment happens at the door — cash, card or Whish — and none of it passes through the app. We also do not track your location in the background: the app asks for your position at the moment you open the map to pin an address, and at no other time.

Your favourites list is kept on your device alone and never reaches our servers.
لماذا نجمعها
Why we collect it
لتنفيذ طلبك: تحضيره، وإيصاله إلى العنوان الصحيح، وإعلامك بحالته، والاحتفاظ بسجل تستطيع الرجوع إليه. هذا كل شيء.
To fulfil your order: prepare it, deliver it to the right address, keep you informed of its progress, and keep a record you can look back on. That is all.

Who sees it
- موظفو الملحمة: يرون طلبك واسمك ورقمك وعنوانه ليتمكنوا من تحضيره وإيصاله.
- السائق: يرى الطلب الموكل إليه فقط — العنوان ورقم الهاتف — ولا يرى بقية زبائن المحل.
- Google: الخرائط داخل التطبيق ومسار التوصيل يعتمدان على خدمات خرائط Google.
- Firebase من Google: يوصل إشعارات الطلب إلى جهازك.
- Shop staff: see your order along with your name, number and address so they can prepare and deliver it.
- Your driver: sees only the run assigned to them — the address and phone number — not the shop's other customers.
- Google: the in-app maps and the delivery route use Google Maps services.
- Google Firebase: delivers order notifications to your device.
كم نحتفظ بها
How long we keep it
يبقى حسابك وسجل طلباتك ما دام حسابك قائماً، لأن هذا السجل هو ما يسمح لك — ولنا — بمراجعة ما جرى. وعند حذف حسابك تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وعناوينك معه.
Your account and order history remain while your account exists, because that record is what lets you — and us — check what happened. When you delete your account, your personal details and addresses are deleted with it.
حقوقك
Your rights
يمكنك مراجعة بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وحذف أي عنوان محفوظ في أي وقت. وإن أردت حذف حسابك بالكامل أو الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك، راسلنا وسننفّذ ذلك.
You can review and edit your details inside the app, and delete any saved address at any time. If you want your account deleted entirely, or a copy of your data, contact us and we will do it.
الأطفال
Children
التطبيق موجّه لمن يطلب لحماً لبيته، وليس مصمَّماً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن هم دون الثالثة عشرة.
The app is for people ordering meat for their home. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy
إن تغيّر ما نجمعه أو سبب جمعه، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.
If what we collect or why changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
